Operating details
02Preparation
- Fill the fuel tank with clean diesel up to the marked line inside the filter, then connect the heater cable to a 220V power outlet.
Starting
- Set the regulator indicator to the middle position.
- Press the ON button from the remote control, or the ignition button on the heater control board, and wait until the igniter glows fully red, about 20 seconds.
- Open the diesel valve six full turns. The program then runs automatically for 15 minutes, starting with the igniter, then the sharraq fan, then the turbine fan.
Manual control
- At any time, you can stop the circuit program and directly control the igniter, sharraq fan, or turbine speed as needed.
If ignition does not start
- Raise the regulator indicator two marks, then press the start button again.
- Do not repeat this attempt more than two consecutive times, because it can damage the igniter.
- If ignition failure repeats, check for dirty diesel, weak chimney draft, or low electrical voltage.
Care and safety notes
03Important notes
- Adjust the heater legs so the heater becomes completely level, then lock the bracket after adjustment.
- Make sure the heater stands perfectly level on the floor to ensure the diesel regulator works correctly.
- On sunny days, and to remove cold air collected inside the chimney, take a cloth piece, fold it into a small ball, wet it with diesel, and light it inside the heater elbow.
- At the end of winter, empty the diesel tank completely and clean it thoroughly with a cloth.
- Do not use chemicals or water to clean the combustion unit, to protect the device from damage.
