Electrical circuit

Use this when the control circuit does not respond and no buzzer sound appears when the heater cable is connected to power.

  • Check the cable connector attached to the control circuit and make sure it is connected correctly.
  • Make sure there is electricity in the power outlet connected to the heater cable.

Igniter

Use this when the igniter does not glow or does not operate.

  • Make sure electricity reaches the control circuit.
  • Confirm the startup steps in the guide: press the On button from the remote control or the igniter button from the control panel before opening the diesel flow.
  • If diesel was opened before the igniter operated, close the diesel valve completely, then place a lit match inside the heater directly on the diesel and wait for the existing diesel quantity to burn. Try the igniter again only after the fire is fully out. If the igniter still does not glow, contact maintenance at +963985459765.

Device fan

Use this when the device fan does not operate.

  • Make sure electricity reaches the control circuit.

Turbine

Use this when one turbine speed or both speeds are not operating.

  • Make sure electricity reaches the control circuit.

Ignition

Use this when the heater fire does not ignite.

  • Make sure the igniter works before any other step.
  • If the fire goes out completely while the control circuit program is running, before the sharraq fan starts, check chimney draft by forming a small cloth ball, wetting it with diesel, placing it inside the chimney elbow, and lighting it. The chimney should draw the cloth quickly and strongly.
  • Perform the heater sharraq process mentioned in the guide, or use the guide link when it is added, then try ignition again.
